Creating Accessible Presentation Using Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides

Welcome to Lesson 5 of Making Document Accessible for All – Digital Accessibility. 

First, congratulations for successfully completing lesson 4. In the previous lesson , you learnt to work in MS Excel and Google Sheets for making documents accessible. 

Now, here we will learn to make our presentations accessible by using MS PowerPoint and Google Slides. 

Most of the features here are almost the same as what we did in MS Word and MS Excel. Besides there are some additional features which are very important for ensuring accessibility in the presentations. Here we will learn how to apply those all features.

Therefore, be patient, keep motivated and follow the contents step by step. We strongly encourage you to practice once you completed every step whether you got a proper idea or not.
